Description:
Levine Properties is seeking an individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive and strong
business
skills to manage our parking business in order to increase profits through innovation
and best management practices.
Levine Properties is a full service, real estate development and property management company
headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Levine Properties develops Class A office, retail, multi-family,
and warehouse space throughout the Charlotte area including a large land holding in the 1st Ward
neighborhood of downtown Charlotte.
As part of its real estate development holdings in downtown Charlotte, Levine Properties owns
14 public parking lots offering monthly, daily and Event parking. Levine Properties’ parking
business is projected to see a significant growth due to conversion of some surface parking lots
into public parking decks as part of our downtown development efforts.
Qualifications:
• Previous parking experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Previous experience in operations/general manager role,
or operating a line of business.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives.
• Experience with Profit/Loss responsibility a plus.

Duties:
• Customer relations - communicate effectively in a customer facing role,
with the ability to handle customer inquiries and quotes.
• Management of Parking staff & support team - you'll be responsible for
hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of all parking staff.
• Operations / Procedures Management – Accountable for website/technology
platform and development. Collaborate with maintenance and construction
departments or outside vendors to maintain professional appearance of parking
facilities. Conduct metric and financial analysis to provide profitable mix of
product offering and performance.
• Sales Management - Manage existing customers, and expand customer
base
through marketing and direct calls that increase utilization of parking facilities.
• Work with support staff in the Accounting department for all
cash & ticket
requirements, and with office support staff on violation appeals.
• Be actively involved to support supervisors during shifts when needed.
• Other administrative duties which include, but are not limited to, staff
scheduling, lot rentals for events, and corporate account parking requirements.
